The microprocessor is the brain and the heart of the PC , it is responsible for all the calculations a computer makes, and GUI is a Graphical User Interface, for example a Win 98 desktop, all those pictures you click on to start programs are part of GUI, advantages are you don't have to remember codes to run programs like in the old days, just click on a picture and it works An interface is what lets the user interact with the program, for example the pictues on a Win 98 desktop A LAN stands for Local Area Network, WAN stands for Wide Area Network and MAN stands for Metropolotin Area Network, thesa are networking terms.
