HOW DO I BOOTUP WITHOUT LOGO?

I have a Etower466is that I can't boot up. It is running Win 98 and it doesn't let me enter into bios either. All I can view on the monitor is the emachine logo.

HIT DELETE ON BOOTUP WHICH WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CMOS SETTINGS, YOU COULD NOW CHANGE FROM LOGO BOOTUP TO NORMAL BOOTUP
