Twice we discovered that our home Outlook Express account had dropped our emails and our entire address book. We asked Cox (our cable provider) if they had any experience with this problem; they said that they did not. We can't figure out what has caused this Outlook Express glitch. Any idea what we can do to prevent its happening again?
The first time this happened, it was obvious that the new Outlook Express window had a different look. The second time it occurred, we couldn't spot any obvious changes. Could it be that Microsoft is automatically releasing software updates that do not require you to accept or reject them?
Thanks for your help.
