What is the cause of a problem with these symptoms: web site pages load slowly, pages stutter when maximized, scrolling movement (by mouse or keyboard arrows) is jerky. Pages downloaded to hard drive Documents folder or floppy disc exhibit same behavior when reloaded offline. Don't have same problem with existing files. Have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL, tried Earthlink, updated IE browser, defragged, re-booted, usual maintenance procedures,

tested modem, bypassed other phone equipment, auto detected modem.

If your web site pages are loading slowly what you have to do is get higher speed connection like roadrunner or DSL With roadrunner or DSL the pages load a lot faster And if you want you can upgrade your memory.
