Why do I get a (cannot find server message ) when I'm on my Cox home page and click on any link?

Does this have any thing to do with association files? How can I correct this problem?

Same thing happens in my e-mail program if I click on any link (Outlook Express).

This problem is on another computor.

I hope you can help. Thank you William

The reason you get that message is because the links you are clicking the server there on is down, since you get on your Cox website it is not a hard ware connectivty problem on your end It could just be that the links server is down and there is nothing you can do about that.
