Why do I still get porn site pop up ads?

Hello, Whenever I am using Internet Explorer for some reason I get porn site pop ups. At first it started every time that I opened Internet Explorer. I changed my start page and it does not pop up when I open Explorer anymore. However it does it at random when I go to other websites. and it also opened up when I tried to go to My Computer. It all started when we had a Hot Mail account that got tons of porn e-mail everyday. I have since closed the account and I have run virus programs that look like they work at first but they don't since these pop ups happen at random. Thanks

What you can do is to delete your Temporary Internet Files and delete your cookies, this will hopefully solve your problem.
