How do I delete my cookie?

I know how to clean disk and use the remove or clean temp files..but i can not get the file..

Cookies CLEAN of all the past cookies spots/addresses unles you take them one at a time and remove them... Is there a way of removing these build-up of these cookies from over the time as some do not have any expired time on them??? Thanks DennisLlockett

One way of cleaing them is to go to the Temp Internet Files folder, you should the temp files as well as the cookies press CTRL A this will highlight all the files next press delete This should get rid of them.
