When I try to download Kazaa or many other such programmes e.g Adobe Acrobat, why do i receive the message 'the plug in did not initialize properly'? And how do I fix it? Any help appreciated :)

This error may occur when accessing the application using Internet Explorer on a desktop that has both Ineternet Explorer and Netscape browsers installed Click "OK" (on the smaller IE window) and then "Refresh" to continue
