Upgrading Errors

i`ve build my computer new, from ground up i can`t seemed to download my windows me on it, i`ve format my hardrive i`ve commands both on cd and floppy drives using all options using a,c d,e,commands even went to dir.exe to find solutions and nothing it went as far as scanning to setup and rebooted but went to commands dos can you tell what would be the problem? thanks keith

Two or three things If the cd you have is a burned copy that it doesn't have everything it needs for the upload If it's a original cd then it's corrupted and you should return it, or get a new cd rom Carlos Millan Jr.
