How to troubleshoot Internet Explorer error messages?

every time i try to delete i get a box appeariing saying internet exp. found error and closes?

due to missing files, redownload and install again first.

Go to Control Panel (start / settings / Ctrl Panel)

1 Add-Remove Prog

2 Highlight MSIE & Tools

3 Click Chg or Remove

4 Click Add-Remove

5 Repair I Exp.---OK---Yes

6 Will prompt to restart PC

I.E Repair Tool-- Start - Run - type: msinfo32 - OK --Tools - I.E Repair Tool --
