Why your computer may freeze?

My computer keeps freezing up on me and I constantly need to reboot. How do I fix this, please?

1 if you run many programs at the same time and your computer doesnt have enough memory thats a possibility.

2 your computer may be old and a memory upgrade will not really help.

3 your device drivers may be out of date.

if you have 64 MB of memory try upgrading it to 128 MB which can be very helpful, dont worry memory is not as expensive as it use to be it can cost you maybe 45 dollars.

the device drivers can be downloaded of the internet to do this is very simple just go online and double click the WORLD on your desktop which will be label

'WINDOWS UPDATE" and just follow the instructions everything is pretty much automatic.
