WHAT DOES IT MEAN

I turned on my computer and all I see on the screen is something like "operating system is not found" what does that mean?

An operating system is the program that makes your computer run or fucntion:

1 if the operating system is not found it means your computer is not able to start at all.

2 something must have been done to delete the operating system or your hard drive may have problems ( hard drive where information is written and stored on your computer)

3 try installing a back up disk if you have it to repair any problems.

4 or reisntall the cd that has the operating system that your computer brought.
