Computer lacks enough memory to run AOL 8.0...only 63 MB showing and need 64 MB to run. Do I add more memory, delete files or get a new computer? Currently using a HP purchased in 2000. Help.

The best thing to do is

1 add more memory (deleting files doesnt add memory it adds space to your hard drive)

2 this is just a comment btu if u purchased ur computer recently it should have brought more than 64 MB at least 128.

3 applications like AOL and pc games are very graphically advance so an upgrade off memory is likely needed and recommended.

4 you dont need training to install memory go to a local COMP-USA store and make sure u know your computer model and make and ask a customer sales rep for assistant for what kind of memory to use in some stores they install it free and if u need help tp install memory dont be afraid to post a question or you can email me at [email protected]
