I have several programs running in the background since you installed my Norton Anti Virus. They are:

Ccap, Gwhotkey, Hpzstatx, Hplampc, Stimon, Starter and Hpztsb01. When I go to "find files" they are all listed as C:\Windows\applog and C:\Windows\System. I have no idea what they are or if I need them running. Is there any way I can stop them from running in the background or are they needed. I am having trouble with other programs running because of them. Thank you, Helen Mikesh

You need more mem ( ram - rom) and then your computer will run better Those programs that you see are the Norton anti virus on your computer If you change your hard drive you will have to install a new OS
