Hi

Recently I turned off my moniter screen, while the modem was still on (thinking it would pop back when I turned it back on).

I was away from my computer for a good 15 minutes after turnin off the moniter.

well anyway, when i came back and turned it on. the light under the screen turned from green to orange.

The screen I was once on was now a black screen like the one you get when your computer is ready to be shutdown.

I was wondering if you maybe knew what I could do to fix this

cause I am all out of ways

thank you

PS. If this helps, my keyboard lights are all off also and it acts like it is not even connected to the modem when it is

It seems to me that someone turned off your PC I mean does this problem continue to happen everytime you try to startup If the lights on the keyboard are out and the light on the screen is orange that usually indicates there is no power Check the power cable and see if it is plugged in.
