How to solve an e-mail issue?

On all my emails that have attachments I recieve the message

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your email for print 12_03pm

All my email can't be unsafe what is wrong

There might be something wrong with the security policy so you might want to check that out Or you can set up another e-mail account so you won't have any problems with your attacments or e-mail.
