Installing driver for cd burner

I restarted my whole computer so everything started all over. When i tried to set up my cd burner again it won't install the drive and I did everything it said in the directions. So i thought i should install the program first and then i did that and it still didnt work. What should i do?

All You have to do is go on line and down load the driver for it from the cd burners cumpany web sight.

Check if the cd-burner is connected properly and if it is and still is not working then your cd-burner is not working and need to get a new one.
