I noticed recently when I open windows Task Manager I have a program running in the background titled "pup." The properties tell me that this is a winpup32.exe program. What is it and if I do not need it how to I get rid of it. I have noticed slower system performace about the time I discovered the program was running on my PC. Thanks.
