I'm upgrading my motherboard and processor (AMD XP2500) The problem I'm having is when I try to start the computer with the new MB . I get a message at startup telling me "SORRY BUT WINDOWS DID NOT START" Do I need to format the drive and reinstall windows XP to get this to work. I tried to reinstal XP using the hard drive that worked with the old MB...NO LUCK.

I have a new hard drive that I'm thinking of trying....Do you think using a formated drive and reinstalling XP is the way to go.............Thanks
