I had a nasty virus infect my computer. One of my tech buddies walked me through via phone how to reformat my C drive and reload all my software. He recommended I first save all my photos, music, etc. I wanted to keep onto my 60 gig Western Digital D hard drive...which I did. After reformatting the C drive, my computer no longer recognizes the D drive. D is now showing up as my CD burner (which used to be the E drive!) The WD 60 gig hard drive worked fine until reformatting and now all my critical info is impossible to locate. Any suggestions?
