I have a deskjet 950c hp printer,It was factory installed by Dell 03-01-2000.

The installation disc to re- install was lost.I ordered a Disc from HP and attempted to re install my printer after a problem 06-06-03.

I followed the Add-Remove program using the new Disc from HP and a message came up,set up cannot load installer (hpzucio1.dll)for the USB Deskjets hardware being installed.ERROR 15.Source file "A:\hpfpnp.dll"

Destination file'C:\windows System\hpfpnp.dll=Disk_1.

Is it possible to go back to my computor settings prior to the time I had the problem with my printer 06-06-03 and how do I do it?Would doing it install my printer back? to that time.

Thank You.

Leonard C Holder.

As you said that you ordered a new installation disk from HP and give you the error that can not load the installer, then try downloading the driver for this printer in the address below, http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html be sure to write the correct name of your printer, and in the next windows you can choose the operating system and language.
