About a minute after my computer has finished starting up, the screen slowly turns more and more blue. I can't find any way to rectify this- I have tried degaussing my moniter, and, as someone suggested, removing any magnetic objects away from the moniter, but to no avail. All the connections at the back are secure. When I press the 'menu' button on the front of the moniter, the menu appears with no hint of blue at all.

You should check your plugs to make sure that thire are no bent pins If that does not work try reinstalling the driver for it
Monitors don't need drivers Video cards do If your monitor has bent pins then you need a new monitor If its not the monitor then it's your video card that's either loose or just not working and needs to be replaced.
