Greetings

I am experiencing problems with moving my mouse prompt around the page to exit windows. I am able to operate the computer using my up and down arrows, however I am unable to use my mouse.

So far I have checked that the cable is connected correctly - I have done this several times.

I have rebooted my pc a number of itmes.

I would dearly appreciate your input into how I maybe able to fix this problem.

I am currently using our secondary computer system.

Kindest Regards

Try to clean the mouse or, change it to another mouse or it can be because you are not using a mouse pad Also check your devce manager

(right click my computer > properties > hardward tab > device manager > mouse) to make there are no conflict issues You may also want to go to microsoft.com and check to make sure that microsoft supports the mouse you are currently using.
