Ok, I saw that another person asked this question, but here it goes. When playing games my comp will freeze up for a few seconds, then release and all is well. This happens about every 3 minutes or so and only lasts a few seconds, but that is an eternity in the gaming world. it feels like minutes. however, this is where my problem disagrees with the previous asker and answerer. This happens whether i run the games in 2d or 3d mode. Also, i have 1gig of ram, so, more system memory is not a problem here. I have checked my internet connection with the isp and it tests out as awesome, i have also updated all of my drivers and am running directx9.

Then there is something in the game that is causing the computer to freeze up, if memory is not the cause then, its something that is not cmpatible with the computer, a function that the computer has a delayed response to.
