Hello, I have a user who is experiencing a very strange situation in Word. When she creates a new Word document and manually types in a hyperlink, she can't open it. However, the person she sends it to can. And vice versa, she can't open any hyperlink in any document sent to her. As a work around, she's been cutting and pasting the URL in Internet Explorer or Netscape to open it. She had MSOffice2000 on her workstation. I ran a repair, and that didn't help. I unistalled and installed MSOffice2000 again. Still nothing. I even upgraded her to MSOfficeXP, still nothing. I also cleaned the registry on her computer. And the settings in Word are identical to those on a computer that can do this. Does anyone else have any other suggestions or solutions. If so, please send to me directly at [email protected]

Thanks in advance!

Frustrated
