Missing DLL file?

I have file WS2_32.DLL missing from my system, according to an error message at bootup. Where can I get a copy of this file. Thanks......Jay

Recovery or repair in add remove programs.

If your missing a DLL file the only way you can get the file back is by either reinstalling the operating system clean on your harddrive or by putting your operating system disk in and choosing repair on one of the menu and it will install the file witout you loosing any of your important files.
