Broken Monitor.

Lines appearing across monitor ... already checked switched out monitor and same appearance on new monitor .. so l believe problem in tower or with Windows?? HELP??? Any suggustions??

Check your display setting and see if it isn't a screen saver, if it isn't your monitor may have problem's and may need either repairing or extinguishing.

You should first check to see if the cable is good if the cable is good then its the video card it need to be replaced.
