Why can't I get into a secure hotmail site?

well see i have an internet account w/ hotmail and when i try to use it this message comes up

"The Identity certificate uses an unknown signature algorithm"

i can get into my account on my dads and sisters computers but not on mine

also i can get into all other sights and can use other e-mail services but not my hotmail account

if it would help my hotmail e-mail addy is

This issue can occur if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.5 or earlier The issue occurs because the earlier Web browsers do not support the newer security certificates that are used by many secure Web sites

To resolve this issue, download and install Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 Macintosh Edition from the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/download/
