Why is my computer start to move very slow?

MY SYSTEM IS GETTING SLOWER AND SLOWER, WHEN I CLICK ON MY START MENU

IT TAKE A LONG TIME FOR THE PROGRAM TO COME UP. THE INTERNET IS ALSO SLOW. 1 HAVE HAD THIS SYSTEM ABOUT 1 1/2 YEARS. WHEN IT WAS NEW IT WAS VERY FAST, BUT NOW IT IS VERY SLOW.

Maybe you have installed too many programs which can cause your computer to move very slow you should try to upgrade your system.

I advise to delete some software programs that you don't use, cause all it's doing is taking space in your computer You could also add more RAM to you computer.
