When my Mom tries to print an email than includes pictures either inserted or attached she ends up with pictures split onto two pages. If the pciture does not fit in the space that is left on the page, it prints part of it on one page and part on another. If I print the same letter from my compuyter, and the picture is not going to fit on the page, it goes to the next page and prints the picture completely.

She originally had an hp ink jet printer that did the same thing. When she got a new Cannon printer I thought the problem would go away, but it is still happening. I have searched properties on both of our printers and can find nothing that allows me to tell it to make a page break rather than split the image. We are both using outlook express, but could not find a command there either.

What setting is wrong on her computer?

Thanks

Jean
