How do i reformat my drive

how do i reformat my drive, i have c with 5 gb and e with 14gb did not no when i first got it back and downloaded everything to c which is full

Try going to e drive right click, properties and then try to do a dynamic drive to make one big drive, Or much simpler just boot your computer with whatever version of windows you are using, delete C and E drive create one partition with the entire drive, format it and reinstal windows.
