Is there a good site that compares and reviews software

Hi,

I enjoy your shows on TV and Radio.

I have Windows XP. I just bought a digital camera.

Is there any software out there that runs on XP that is easy to use and is better than the rest for editing the photos that you can recommend? I am not a professional and it will just be used for family photos. Hence, I don't need anything to expensive or with a lot of features I will never use.

Can you recommend a good internet site that compares and reviews all types of software?
