There is a problem about detecting my hard drive.

I am sure that I conneted the wires of hard drive right. But when the computer detects primary IDE, it waits about 20 seconds and writes "none" on the screen. Then the other screen comes and gives an error:

"Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk And Press Enter"

I tried to start with system disk but It did not start. I tried everything that I know or I do not know. I tried fdisk, It writes "No fixed disks present"

I tried also scandisk on DOS. It told me there is no problem on C Drive

I tried formatting. It wrote me "you can't do formatting on c, format aborted!"

I also tried to install windows over windows. It scan C then gives me an error like that:

"I can't create a temporal file on your drive. If there is a installed hpfs or ntfs, you must create a MS-DOS bootstrap part to setup windows.

First you have to see that your jumper on the hard drive is set as a master and your cdrom is set as a slave and if you have two ide cable you can put the hard drive on one and the cd rom on the other if not that is ok for one you also have to connect the ide correct make sure that pin is connect to pin one, and also the power cable is connect.
