What is Super Fast Shutdown?

I set up the one-click shutdown (that I got from your newsletter) for my Windows 98. Now I have Windows 2000. I went back to your original Q&A & it lists the ways to set it up for 95, 98 & XP, all of which I attempted & none worked. Is there a specific way to set up that one-click for Windows 2000? THANKS!! I love the newsletter!!
