My computer keeps crashing on different occasions, sometimes when i'm in photo suite or when i want to print a picture etc. The crash analysis comes back as 'error caused by graphics device driver'. The graphics card is a Nivida Geforce 4. The additional technical information is 'error message:STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER(Q293078)'. I'm not confident when it comes to the technicalities of computers and my husband is away for a while, please could you tell me in English how i might reslove the problem? With Many thanks, Caroline.

The problem could be that the graphics card is not fully compatible with the program you are using, you should go to a computer and tell them the type of computer you have and they can help you find something that will work with you computer.
