What is Norton system

The system operation is very slow at times.

Programs will not run from desk top icons.

If you attempt to do a defrag it does not respond or hanges up.

I have re-loaded the 98 operating system several times, no good.

Norton System Works does not operate as it should.

People are having problems with Norton what I would do is first uninstall the Norton system and trouble shoot from there If that doesn't work, what I would do is reinstall win98 without Norton.
