Hello, my problem is I can't here music from my cd rom when I connect my headphones to the front port of the device.

I have checked the sound levels and all are operational' and none are muted.

I don't have a problem hereing from the speakers that are connect to the motherboard port at the rear of the machine.

But even when I plug the speakers into the front port of the cd rom I here nothing.

I have tried various headphones with no sucess.

I have the same problem when I connect to the cd-rw drive also.

Can you help me?

Kind Regards Lee Pearson.

THIS IS A FAIRLY SIMPLE PROBLEM FIRST LOOK AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF YOUR SCREEN, IF YOU SEE THE LITTLE SPEAKER ICON WITH A RED CIRCLE AND A SLACH ACROSS IT THAT MEANS THAT IT IS CURRENTLY DISABLED SO JUST CLICK ON IT AND ENABLE IT IF THE ICON IS NOT IN THE CORNER THAT MEANS THAT YOUR SOUND DRIVERS ARE NOT INSTALLED, JUST POP IN THE DRIVERS AND INSTALL THEN REBOOT.
