Can this help???

Some pictures wont open when Im using outlook express or e mail.Instead I get a small red X in the top left hand corner.Also some clipart I have wont open either. I believe it is a Gif file.

Help,please.

This is the resolution that microsoft have for the preplem with pictures in outlook express.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, the sender should send the message using RGB color format The RGB format uses the primary colors in color video (red, green, and blue).

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the message was sent using CMYK color format The CMYK format uses the four process colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) used in four-color printed reproduction
