Video Problems???

I bought brand new parts and built the computer. Turned it on, and the monitor had green static lines roaming the screen in different directions. I have checked everything and it is built right. I cant fix it! Tell me what could be wrong?? I replaced the ram, and tried several video cards (that I knew worked) and even tried newer monitors (that I also knew worked) it still did the same thing.

If you have tried all possible video cards and newer monitors the last thing that could be wrong with the computer is the motherboard if there is a problem with the motherboard section that identfies the monitor try a different motherboard and see if that changes the monitor.
