Did you try this

Hi, I was having problems with a lot of error messages, when I would try to start up my laptop. So I formatted C:. I'm trying to reinstall win95 with floppy disks. When I get to disk 3 it will not accecpt it. I press cancel and as I do that I get (.CAB) files not found for installation. Where can I get this from or where can I download a copy of disk 3? Please help I'm almost ready to break this machine. Thank you!!!
