Go to the Start tab (left hand corner)

-click on run

-type in "msconfig"

-click startup tab

-find volume control and make sure it's checked

-restart your computer

On your start up menu, the master control should appear.

Double click on it, and checkmark across the panel (including mic and aux)

If a pitch noise occurs, uncheckmark the mic.

This should enable you to listen to all extensions.
