Why am I having problem accessing some sites e.g. online banking, nothing happens when I try.

Hi,

I'm having problems logging in!

I've been using online banking for a while now. Never had a problem. All of sudden, nothing works. My bank card number is correct and so is my password. I was using IE5, started having problems, upgraded to 6 hoping it would solve the problem and it didn't.

Here is what happens. I type in my bank card number, and my password. I hit the login button, and nothing happens, the screen does not change. It stays on the same screen.

I'm having this similar problem on other sites....ie: Goverment sites. I've looked everywhere, can't find anything.

My cypher strength is 128

Javascript is enabled

Cookies fully enabled

Internet security level to lowest

I've also checked for viruses....
