Computer turns on and off at random.

For the last few weeks my tower has been switching itself off and on all the time....I did have it looked at and was told that the fan at the back off the tower wasnt working and making the machine really hot so thats why it was switching off.....Ive had this replaced but now after I have shut down the pc sometimes pings back on after an hour or so...

The problem now is not your fan it is your mother board it is damaged somewhere on the motherboard you have a short that the reason it turns on and off by it self.
