The correct cpu

I have just bought a dell latitude cpx pentium 3 450mhz and i want to upgrade my cpu but i dont know what specifactions i need to know when looking to by a new cpu and the highest cpu in mhz can get.can you tell me ive looked on the web and i cant find that infomation.

First, you have to know what kind of motherboard you have, and when you already have the name and type of the motherboard then look in the web for the faster CPU that can handle your motherboard.
