Ther are two guys in our office with netscape e-mail addresses, the rest of us use aol or Compuserve. Whenever one of the Netscape guys sends an e-mail with an attached file, we never receive it - not even the original e-mail message. If they send a message without an attachment, all is received normally. It doesn't seem to matter what service the recipiect has, nobody can receive mail with attachments from these two Netscape guys. Any clue?

What I would try is when one of the Netscape people sends an attachment; make sure that the attachment has no spaces in the filename Spaces in the filenames sometimes causes errors and it does not send If that doesn’t work then I would suggest that those two guys sign up for a free e-mail account such as a yahoo or a hotmail account and try sending those attachments again That should help a lot I hope that solves your problem!
