I loaded a game into my computer (installed) then it said i would have to restart computer

before playing so i did , when i click on start then programs found the program i wanted

clicked on it to play game computer said in wrong file should be in win32dllfile

Sounds like the video game file was not stored in the right place try to uninstall and reinstall the game also becarefull usual having video games on a computer could cause the system alot of ram space which will decrease the speed of your computer.
