Is netwatch what you are looking for?

I need to be able to check which programs users are logged into, on a LAN, and can't find the Window 2000's version of Win98's "netwatch".

The program that you need for Win 2000 or Win 98 is netwatch 2.5 You can download this program at http://www.networkingfiles.com/Monitor/Netwatch2.htm there you will find the program you need for our operating system.
