How do I set my Options to refresh web pages automatically?

When I use my internent, i always have to hit refresh, any time i com eup to a site page i have to always refresh it or it wont display recient items

If you are using Internet Explorer click on Tools then Internet Options then Click the General Tab then under Temporary Internet Files Click Settins and under Check For Newer Versions Of Stored Pages Click Every Visit to The Page Then Click OK and OK again to close Internet Options.
