What is advising drivers of throwing their cigarettes in THEIR ashtray and NOT using the road.

Please advise one of your drivers to throw their cigarettes in THEIR ashtray and NOT use the road.

Today (Sat., 7-26-03) 9:45 AM intersection of Chandler Blvd. and Mnt. Parkway

Our streets would be disgusting if everyone threw their trash on the road.
