CD R/W Drive problem

My CD R/W Drive will not eject the disk after 2 or 3 normal open and closing cycles. It worls normally at first, and then seems to get stuck. Once stuck, I cannot eject the disk using the button on the drive on the eject command from the "My Computer" selection. Any ideas?
